This is the reason we developed Blindspot, a game that centers on unconscious biases. Understanding your own patterns is key to ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment. This “off-the-shelf” game is currently being deployed by various organizations to playfully open the conversation about common workplace biases.
The game is an ideal steppingstone to get teams talking about how to consciously deal with biases and minimize their effect within the team.
